Welcome to Altea consulting ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We provide relocation assistance for individuals and families moving from the UK to the UAE, including but not limited to:

  • Visa and immigration support

  • Housing and accommodation guidance

  • School search assistance

  • Business setup consultation

  • Shipping and logistics support

  • Cultural orientation services

 

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You provide accurate and truthful information for relocation purposes.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

 

3. Service Limitations

  • Our website provides general guidance, but we do not offer legal, tax, or financial advice.

  • Visa and business setup approvals are subject to UAE government regulations, which may change.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g., government agencies, shipping companies, banks).

4. Payments and Fees

Payment Terms

For all relocation services provided by Altea Relocate, the following payment terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • 50% of the total fee is due upon signing of the Altea Relocate service contract. Service fees vary depending on the package chosen.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the relocation services. Completion is defined as the full delivery of the services as specified and agreed upon in the signed contract.

  • Payments are to be made in accordance with the invoicing schedule provided and must be settled within 5 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest or penalties as outlined in the contract terms and conditions.

  • All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer, to the Altea Relocate bank account details provided on the invoice.

  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which will be provided upon request.

 

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for any financial losses, visa denials, or unforeseen complications that arise during the relocation process.

  • While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that all services will be available at all times due to external factors.

 

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected through our website or services will be handled in accordance with

our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
